I’m writing this today as a minor update to my steps I’ve taken to make this dream happen. Well, it’s kind of a major update. 🤷
I met with Pastor Brad today to establish the foundation of my process I’ll need to follow. I’m so incredibly thankful that he is openly willing to mentor me through this adventure.
I also applied to become a full-time (online) student at Nazarene Bible College👨🎓 to pursue my Bachelor’s of Arts in Ministry. I am eagerly awaiting their confirmation of my acceptance and being enrolled as a student. It won’t be real until I get that notification I don’t think.
Also, as a step in my progress to become an ordained elder in the church of the Nazarene, we discussed, and I decided that at our Board Meeting in September, I would make my official request of my church board to be licensed by my local church. Don’t worry, that’s not all I have to do, it’s just one of the many steps I will have to go through.
