Well, my nerves are getting the best of me today.
Today is the first major step in my pastoral journey. I mean, I know getting the school ball rolling is also big but I’m talking about the first major step in the church.
Tonight is the night of the beginning of this crazy, chaotic adventure. Tonight, I am going to be “suggested” by my pastor of our church to the rest of the board to be issued my local minister’s license through my church, which means the board will have to put me through a battery of interview questions in order to vote to issue me a local minister’s license. So, who knows where this will go from here. 🤷
I mean, I’m already confident I’ll have the full support of the whole board but my worst case scenario type of brain just won’t shut up.
If you need me, I’ll be the ball in the corner rocking back and forth. 🤦
